All of My Images Are Gone in the PDF and eNewspaper

If all of your images disappear in your PDF and eNewspaper and even in the project itself after you log out, close the designer, log back in, and reopen your project, then this is likely due to the fact that you saved your project unintentionally in a 2nd account.

If you found yourself logged out but with the designer project still open, you will need to log back in with the same account as you created the original project and uploaded the original images. Images cannot be transferred between accounts. 

If you suspect that this is you but you cannot recall the original login credentials (such as email and password), then contact customer service and they can help you.
